# AI-CATI Studies List

> The AI-CATI studies list shows every AI telephone interview study in your organization, with its status, progress and questionnaire, and gives you quick actions for each study.

The **AI-CATI studies** page is where you find, create and manage your AI-conducted telephone interview studies. Open it from **AI-CATI** in the main navigation.

At the top of the page you will find:

* The **help** icon, with links to these help pages.
* **Quick tour**, a short introduction to AI-CATI. See [Quick Tour](https://help.voxdash.com/AI-CATI/AI-CATI-Overview.md#quick-tour).
* **New study**, which starts the setup wizard at [Step 1 · Study basics](https://help.voxdash.com/AI-CATI/Setup-Basics.md).

> [!NOTE]
>
> If live progress cannot be loaded, a notice appears above the table ("Live progress is unavailable right now"). The list still works; only the live progress figures are missing.

## Studies Table

Each row is one study. Use the **Columns** button in the table toolbar to show or hide columns.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Study name** | The study's name and its permanent **Study ID** (for example `AICATI-2026-025`). Select the name to open the study: a **Draft** opens the setup wizard, any other status opens the study page. |
| **Status** | The study's current status. Hover over the badge for a short explanation. A scheduled study also shows when it starts. See [Study Statuses](https://help.voxdash.com/AI-CATI/AI-CATI-Overview.md#study-statuses). |
| **Progress** | While fielding: completed interviews out of the target, with a progress bar. During setup: **Step N of 7**. Before launch: **Awaiting launch**; when scheduled: **Awaiting start**. A dash means progress is not available — hover over it to see why. |
| **Last dial** | When a phone last rang for the main launch. |
| **Last activity** | When the study last changed. The list is sorted by this column by default, newest first. |
| **Client** | The organization the study belongs to. |
| **Questionnaire** | The bound questionnaire and version, linked to the Questionnaire Builder. **Not bound** means no questionnaire is selected yet. |
| **Languages** | The main interview language, plus the number of additional languages. |
| **Created** | When the study was created. |
| **Organizational access** | Who in your organization can access the study. Select the pencil to change it. |
| **Access Type** | The type of access (Only me, Group or User). **Over plan limit** marks a study paused by the system because your plan's limit is exceeded. |

## Search, Filter and Sort

* **Search** (magnifier icon) finds studies by name.
* **Filters** let you filter by status and by access type, among other columns.
* Select a column header to sort.
* Choose how many rows to show per page (10, 25 or 50) and move between pages at the bottom of the table.

Your page, sort and filters are kept in the page address, so **Back** from a study returns you to the same view.

When no study matches your filters, select **Clear filters** to show all studies again.

## Row Actions

Select the **⋮** menu at the end of a row to see the actions available for that study. The actions depend on the study's status.

| Action | Available when | What it does |
| - | - | - |
| **Edit Study** | Draft or Ready to launch | Opens the setup wizard. |
| **Open Study** | Any status except Draft | Opens the study page with its tabs (Setup, Tests, Sub-samples, Live Monitoring, Results). |
| **View In VoxDash** | After the first interview is saved | Opens the study's data in VoxDash. |
| **Manage Access** | Always | Opens the access settings for the study. |
| **Duplicate** | Always | Creates a copy of the study as a new draft and opens it. |
| **Restore from archive** | Archived studies only | Brings an archived study back. |
| **Delete permanently** | Archived studies only | Deletes the study. This cannot be undone. |

### Duplicating a Study

**Duplicate** creates a new draft with the same setup, questionnaire and targets. The sample, sub-sample plans, approvals and collected interviews are **not** copied.

> [!WARNING]
>
> The copy does not know who the original study already called. To avoid calling the same people again, upload a sample file without those numbers, or mark them with a suppression column. See [Column Mapping](https://help.voxdash.com/AI-CATI/Setup-Sample.md#b-column-mapping).

> [!NOTE]
>
> Studies can no longer be archived. Studies archived earlier can still be restored or deleted from this menu.
