You can permanently delete your account from this section. When you request account deletion, VoxDash will retain your account for 7 days before permanently removing it from the system. During this grace period, you can contact support to cancel the deletion request if needed. After the 7-day period, your account and associated private data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention Policy

In certain cases, some published or referenced data cannot be fully deleted due to research integrity, public access, or data referencing requirements. Your data will remain publicly accessible if any of the following conditions apply:
  1. Your data has been referenced or used in other published datasets and has been assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
  2. Your data has received more than 10 public accesses or downloads.
  3. Your data has been publicly available for more than 7 days.
If your data meets any of the conditions above:
  • The dataset itself will remain available on the public platform.
  • Only the essential public metadata and required reference information will remain visible.
Notes:
  • All private or personally identifiable information that does not meet these conditions will be anonymized or permanently removed.
  • Anonymous data will no longer be linked to your user account.

Before You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action and may result in the loss of access to important resources and analytics. Before proceeding, we strongly recommend reviewing the following:

This action may:

  • Permanently remove access to all projects and dashboards
  • Delete private datasets, reports, and analytics history
  • Revoke shared workspace and collaboration access
  • Remove API credentials and integrations associated with your account
  • Disable scheduled reports, automations, and notifications
Before deleting your account, make sure to:
  • Download or export any important data and reports
  • Transfer ownership of active projects to another team member
  • Inform collaborators and stakeholders about the account removal
  • Remove or update external integrations connected to your VoxDash workspace
  • Verify that no active ecommerce analytics or reporting workflows depend on this account

Important Notice

Account deletion is typically irreversible. Once the retention period has ended and the deletion process is completed, VoxDash Support may not be able to recover your account, datasets, or analytics history.
